Have any portions of your home been recently remodeled, or are they in need of work? If so, please describe below:

Whether you are a first-time buyer who qualifies for the $8,000 tax credit, or a current homeowner who wants the $6,500 tax credit, you have only until April 30, 2010 to take action. Federal deficits, budget cuts and political jousting make it highly unlikely that Congress will approve another extension of these popular tax credits, and many economists expect interest rates to increase soon.

Kankakee River State Park On land treasured for centuries - first by Native Americans, later by traders and farmers, and as early as the 1890\'s by recreation seekers - Kankakee River State Park offers you its proud heritage in an unspoiled setting. Anglers, canoeists, hunters, campers, hikers, bicyclers and other outdoor enthusiasts find the park\'s recreational opportunities unsurpassed. The naturally channeled Kankakee River, listed on the Federal Clean Streams Register, is the focus of the park\'s popularity. Enveloping both sides of the Kankakee River for 11 miles, in an area 6 miles northwest of Kankakee, the park consists of approximately 4,000 acres. Illinois Routes 102 on the north and 113 on the south frame the park, with Interstates 55 and 57 both providing convenient access.

Perry Farm Park The Park District maintains the Perry Farm Park, a dynamic 170 acre recreation area. Enthusiasts of all kinds find enjoyment in the wide array of activities the park offers including 4-miles of fully accessible paved paths that wind through natural prairie, woods and riverfront of the Perry Farm site. Oak meadows, a fruit tree orchard, picnic areas, memorial rose gardens and flower gardens and gazebos as well as an Illinois Nature preserve area highlighting Indian Caves along the Bourbonnais Creek and ravine make this stretch of the Kankakee River and its shores as beautiful as any in the state. Also located on the park grounds is the award-winning Exploration Station...a children\'s museum, a hands-on exploration and discovery museum for children and their families, teachers and other caregivers.
